The price of custom software is mostly determined by scope, the complexity of the business logic, integrations with other systems, and the level of polish you expect. A simple form that stores data costs something very different from a platform with user roles, payments, and real-time updates.
Maintenance and future development matter too: software is never really "done", so it pays to think about what happens after launch before you even start.
Rough price ranges
A simple website or landing page with a contact form usually starts around €1,500 to €3,500. A web application with a database, user accounts, and a handful of core features typically lands between €4,000 and €15,000. More complex platforms with multiple integrations, dashboards, and custom workflows quickly climb to €20,000 and beyond.
